Something Won't Let Me Stop
Publicación en inglés · interfaz traducida · Idioma original: Romanian

Without digital life, real life doesn't seem to make sense anymore. Everything I do is tied to it, one way or another.
And I know. I know it isn't OK. I know it could affect my future, that it's affecting me now. But it's as if something inside won't let me press stop.
What I've started to see, though, is that people online are not what they seem. Not everything I scroll past is true. There is no such thing as a "perfect person". And the more I noticed that, the more I started – slowly – to learn to love myself a little more. Life in the present is more beautiful than the digital one. I'm still working on living like I believe it.
Lo que aprendí
That people are not what they seem, and that we should love ourselves more. I started learning to love myself when I noticed that not everything I see online is true, and that there is no "perfect person".
Lo que cambié
To spend more time without it – but honestly, I don't manage it very often yet.
