Erasmus+ Project

Real stories. Real change.
Digital wellness starts here.

We asked young people across Europe one question: how do screens really affect your life? Their honest answers became the heart of this project β€” and they might just change the way you see yours.

"I didn't realise how much time I was losing until I started tracking it. Three hours a day on social media β€” that's 21 hours a week I'll never get back. Now I choose how I spend them."
β€” Ana, 19, Romania

Real stories. Real situations. Real solutions.

These are stories written by young people from five European countries β€” about gaming binges at 3am, the anxiety of missing a notification, the relief of putting a phone down and going for a walk. No filters. No judgement. Just the truth about growing up in a digital world.
