Training Methodology β 8 Workshops
Our programme consists of 8 thematic workshops designed to help young people aged 16β22 understand, prevent, and manage compulsive behaviours related to screen use.
The 8 topics:
- 1. Understanding the Risks β Warning signs and impact on health & wellbeing
- 2. Understanding Compulsive Behaviours β The psychology of addiction and strategies to break the cycle
- 3. Effective Coping Strategies β Stress management, self-care, and healthy habits
- 4. Art-Therapy: Emotional Regulation β Art techniques for processing difficult emotions
- 5. Art-Therapy: Personal Identity β Exploring who you are beyond your digital persona
- 6. Storytelling for Change β Narrative therapy and crafting personal stories of change
- 7. Coaching: Goals & Action Plans β SMART goals and building a digital wellness plan
- 8. Coaching: Building Resilience β The 3R technique, the Digital Compass, and sustaining change
Each workshop: 3 hours facilitated + 2 hours self-learning

Digital Wellness Board Game
